??  Use by simply dabbing a small amount on acne in the morning and evening after washing and drying your face well.

Natural Acne Treatment Masks

Masks are reputed to promote deep healing. Masks are left on the face usually for a short period, and then rinsed off.

? Peel and seed a cucumber. Puree in a blender with enough milk or plain yogurt to make a thick liquid. Apply and leave on for about half an hour.
? Mix 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon lemon or grapefruit juice. Apply and leave on for 20-30 minutes; rinse.

Store-Bought Natural Remedies

There are natural health companies who have formulated acne treatments. The products vary as homeopathic, herbal, or both; they may be taken orally, or topical. Look for a formula that fits your skin condition, and contains ingredients you’re comfortable using.
You don’t have to use harsh chemicals or spend a fortune to improve acne. Sometimes, the best way to deal with a problem is the natural, old-fashioned way.
