Froot Loops Cereal Waffles Recipe

It’s #nationalcerealday! My favorite ready to eat cereal are Froot Loops and its knockoffs hehe ? it’s magically delicious… wait… wrong saying ? check out these fun facts about Froot Loops:
? Originally, there were only red, orange, and yellow loops, but green, purple, and blue were added during the 1990s.
? Toucan Sam was voiced in the 1980s and 90s by Maurice LaMarche, also known for voicing the Brain (Pinky ? and the Brain) and Kiff Kroker on Futurama.
? Kellogg’s first introduced Fruit Loops in 1963 with Toucan Sam as the mascot — When introduced, Froot Loops consisted of red (cherry), orange (orange), and yellow (lemon) loops pieces. Since that time, several other colors and flavors have been included, such as purple (grape).
? Froot Loops introduced it’s first marshmallow variety in 1998. ? Froot Loops Unicorn ? cereal is coming to the U.S. this month following it’s 2017 UK release.

  1. Preheat waffle iron to medium heat. (middle dial)
  2. In a large bowl add in dry ingredients, mix together. In another bowl, whisk wet ingredients together. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients bowl.

  3. Add in ¼ cup of waffle mix to iron, cook until waffles are golden and done.
