Pumpkin Pie Roll-ups

Look no further, these Pumpkin Pie Roll-ups are a fun twist on a classic pie recipe that is great for a party (or just for snacking). Involvingย just five ingredients, Pumpkin Pie Roll-ups are sure to please without the hassle of traditional pie making. This is also a great recipe to make with little helpers; an assembly line always speeds up the process! Feel free to adjust the ingredients to suit your needs. Doubling the batch is simple, and almost a necessity as these delicious treats will fly off the plate as fast as you can make them. I used wheat bread, but the recipe could easily be adjusted to incorporate white bread, gluten free options, or even flavored bread!
